İnterior and exteriors. Pool, water tank,bath and sauna etc spaces. Floor heating systems. Used to fill joints untill 1-6 mm of the coatings such as granite tiles,large-sized ceramic, tiles,natural granite,marble,clinker and glass mosaic.

Not being color fading,dusting and cracking.Provide a smooth surface. It is not affected by sudden temperature changes. Water and frost resistant.Has 34 different colors.

During the application of ceramics  Be careful they well are adhering not to prolapse and so that completely dry With a thin rod or roller in joints spaces any dust ,dirt,wood chips,construction and cement residues should be cleaned well on completed floor surfaces.The cleaned spaces should be moistened with the helping a wet sponge

20 kg. “ALFILL FLEX FUGAFIL Joint Filler Material(1-6 mm)” joining into approximately 6,5 - 8 lt clear water, preferably mixed with the low speed mixer or trowel until homogenous. Be careful the water quantity which add to powder mortar, avoid to the application which participated more water in the form of sherbet. The water which included more than necessary will lead to cracking,easy detrital and dusting. The prepared thick emulsion joint sealant is rest nearly 5-10 minutes and re-mixing then used. In pot the mix should be consumed within nearly 1 hour.

Joint Filler should be filled with a hard rubber-based joint spread trowel or hard-rubber-tipped squeegee to joints. To filled well joints ,should be drawn firstly parallel and then diagonally.Being shaved excess mortar on the surface with moistened soft-tipped spatula, according to ambient temperature should be waited 15-30 minutes then wiping with a damp sponge then should be cleaned well thin joint layer on the surface . it dries on walls after 12 hours , can be walked after 24 hours on floors,can be opened to pedestrian traffic after 7 days .

Avoid to apply in the temperatures under +5°C and above +35°C. Avoid application frozen ,the risk of freezing within 24 hours or direct sun and wind in open areas . Don’t addition definitely dust and water to the mortar which has expired. Don’t clean with hydrochloric acid ,bleach etc. When used for underfloor heating systems,the surface should not be hot during the application, The heating system should be closed ago 24 hours.
